Byredo Blanche has come to be my favourite perfume. I received it as a Christmas gift and it has replaced all the other perfumes I regularly rotated between (Those being Chloé signature, Chloé Love and Chanel Chance). It is a strong chypre scent, with white rose, pink pepper, peony and blonde woods. It changes throughout the day as you wear it, which makes it an interesting scent.  It is described as being “built around my perception of the colour white. Blanche also represents an appreciation for classic beauty. The fragrance is pure and simple in structure but extreme in character” by Mr. Ben Gorham. For those in Australia who are interested in the Byredo Perfumes (they make both male and female scents), I have only seen selected products in Mecca Cosmetica.
